1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

LottoLab is a paid lottery companion application. The Service provides number frequency analysis, number generation strategies, ticket tracking, spend-versus-win analytics, and result checking for UK National Lottery games. LottoLab is an analysis and tracking tool — it is not a gambling service.

LottoLab does not sell lottery tickets, process wagers, or facilitate any form of gambling. The Service is designed to help users make more informed decisions about their lottery play through historical data analysis and tracking tools.

LottoLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The National Lottery, Allwyn Entertainment Ltd, Camelot Group plc, or any lottery operator. All lottery data displayed within the Service is sourced from publicly available information.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe the user is under 18.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You may not create more than one account per person. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lottolab.ai if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Plans

The Service is available under a Free tier with limited functionality and a Pro tier with full access to all features. The Pro tier is currently priced at £0.99 per month. The features available under each tier are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and valid.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.

4.4 Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining days. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of the Pro tier, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice via email or through the Service. The new price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service, including but not limited to bots, spiders, or scrapers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service or any part thereof.
• Share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access the Service through your account. Each account is for individual use only.
• Use automated tools, scripts, or software to access the Service beyond the interfaces and APIs we expressly provide.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, its servers, or its connected networks.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activity, including unlicensed gambling.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to any part of the Service you are not authorised to access.

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

Any content you submit, upload, or enter into the Service — including lottery ticket details, selected numbers, personal notes, and tracking data (collectively, "User Content") — remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

6.2 Licence to Process

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This licence is limited to what is necessary to operate the Service and does not extend to any other commercial use of your data.

6.3 Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the User Content you provide. We do not verify or validate the lottery numbers, ticket details, or other information you enter. Any analysis, tracking, or reporting features are based on the data you supply, and inaccuracies in your input will produce inaccurate results.

7. Lottery Disclaimer

LottoLab does not guarantee, imply, or suggest that using the Service will result in lottery wins. Lottery draws are random events, and no amount of historical analysis, statistical modelling, or number generation can predict or influence future outcomes.

Past performance of specific numbers, patterns, or combinations does not predict future results. Any analysis presented through the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to purchase lottery tickets.

Lottery participation involves financial risk. You should only spend what you can afford to lose. If you feel you may have a problem with gambling, please contact GamCare or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. You must be 18 or over to play the National Lottery.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, user interface, visual elements, underlying code, analysis algorithms, data models, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property, are owned by LottoLab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.

8.2 Your Data

You retain full ownership of your personal data and User Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data to us. You may export or delete your data at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Basis

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate lottery data, analysis, and results, we make no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service. Lottery results should always be verified against official sources. We shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided by the Service.

9.3 No Liability for Lottery Losses

We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred through lottery participation, whether or not such participation was informed by the Service. You acknowledge that lottery play is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

9.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to LottoLab during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

9.5 Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LottoLab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any User Content you submit through the Service. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. In cases of serious or repeated violations, termination may be immediate and without prior warning.

11.2 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 7 (Lottery Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may also have recourse to alternative dispute resolution schemes or your local courts as permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or by posting a prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.
